The Association will be holding its AGM on 21st May 2022 during the Reunion weekend.

All members will receive an email with the following documents attached:  

• Notice of AGM and Agenda (also available to download below);

• the Minutes of the previous AGM;

• the Accounts and Annual Report of the Association;

• the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM; and

• a proxy form for use by members who cannot attend.

If you do not receive the email with the notice of AGM and other papers by 18th April, it means that the Association does not have your correct or current email address. You should contact the membership secretary immediately by email at secretary@rafca.org.uk to give him your correct email address and the papers will then be sent to you.
